Preaching or Studying?

It's about having a long term vision. If we study hard and get a qualification, you can add a few letters to the end of your name. But more than this, it gives you the opportunity to preach to a particular type of person.

In Chowpatty, there are 70 brahmacharis who all have degrees in engineering or PhDs etc. The advantage is they are able to present Krishna Consciousness in a special way, especially amongst academic circles.

So finish your studies, maybe work for a year and then you can decide what is the right course for you - brahmachari or working. In any case, you will get the opportunity to preach to people in the long term from a position of authority. In the meantime concentrate on your studies and tell people about Krishna whenever you get the opportunity.
